My educational background: I have a master’s degree in Sport Science and High-Performance Training from the University of Salzburg, as well as the C-Trainer, Austria’s top ski racing coaching license. I worked as ski and athletic coach for the Austrian Ski Federation and was the personal coach of Olympic gold medalist and world champion Anna Veith throughout her career. Yet, besides the body, it is the mind that defines performance. As a trained mental coach of the Austrian Network for Sports Psychology (ÖBS), my goal is help young ski racing athletes to apply tools to help self-adjust mental skills and improve performance on the point.
